How do I participate?
 

1.  Log in or Sign up: Sign in to your alc.ca account or create one to get started.

2.  Play an Eligible Game: Choose from 12 Eligible Games to participate (see below).

3.  Opt In & Activate the Free Spins Prize Drop Widget:

• Once you’ve selected an Eligible Game, accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Free Spins Prize Drop Widget.
• Once opted in, you're in for the entire promotion!
• If you select "Decide Later", the opt-in prompt will reappear the next time you open an Eligible Game.
  
• If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to participate in the promotion and win free spins. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with alc.ca support at 1-800-561-3942. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch your account.

4.  Play & Watch for the Free Spins Prize Drop:

• Enjoy playing 12 Eligible Games  from March 31 until April 24.
• Every spin, regardless of the bet amount, automatically enters you for a chance to win free spins from the Prize Drop widget.
• Daily, the Free Spins Prize Drop Widget  will randomly activate the Prize Drop, signaling that  2,550 free spin prizes are available to be won!
• The widget will display how many free spins are remaining for the day.
• If all prizes have been awarded for a given day during the Promotional Period, the widget will be inactive until the following day.

Starting March 31, approximately 2,550 free spins prizes will be awarded every day until all 63,750 prizes of free spins have been claimed. 

Winners will receive their free spins uploaded into their account within three (3) business days and an email confirmation, if they are opted-into email communications. For example, if you won on Friday, you could expect your free spins prize to be credited to your alc.ca account by Tuesday the following week.

If you are not opted-in to email and do not wish to opt-in to email, you can expect to see your free spins prize loaded into any of the following four games within three (3) business days of winning (see “Redeem Free Spins Prize On These Games” below). 

If you are not opted in to email, you can opt-in in by going to: My Account > My Profile > Update Communication Preferences by checking the box beside ‘Promotions’.
