Terms of Use Agreement

iBINGO CHAT

By using the Chat feature in iBingo, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. ALC has the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to iBingo Chat and/or from all wagering at ALC.ca at any time, for any or no reasons, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
2. iBingo Chat is for the personal use of ALC.ca wagering Members only and may not be used by Members in connection with any commercial endeavors.
3. No person shall post offensive, illegal, harmful, threatening or personally identifying content on or through iBingo Chat, including the following types of content, as determined by ALC in its discretion:
   1. Patently offensive content and/or content that may promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
   2. discriminates or advocates discrimination on any basis protected by human rights legislation within Atlantic Canada;
   3. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
   4. solicits personal information from another ALC.ca wagering Member;
   5. provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses;
   6. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
   7. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
   8. involves commercial activities and/or sales such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
   9. involves the impersonation of another member or an ALC employee.
4. ALC assumes no responsibility for monitoring iBingo Chat for inappropriate content or conduct. ALC does not endorse and has no control over the content of postings on iBingo Chat and content is not ordinarily reviewed by ALC and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of ALC. ALC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content or to the accuracy and reliability of the content or any material or information transmitted using iBingo Chat. In its discretion, and without providing any notice in advance, ALC reserves the right to periodically review iBingo Chat conduct and content and enforce these Terms of Use based on the results of any such periodic reviews.
5. ALC may retain iBingo Chat log content for the purposes of conducting player complaint investigations or for purposes of facilitating periodic reviews to ensure adherence to ALC policies and/or ALC terms and conditions of use of iBingo Chat as outlined in section 4 above.
6. ALC is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any uses of iBingo Chat. Under no circumstances shall ALC be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of iBingo Chat or from the conduct of any users of iBingo Chat, whether online or offline. iBingo Chat is provided “AS-IS” and as available and ALC expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
7. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALC BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF iBINGO CHAT.
